Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Parentigo mobile application ("App"), developed by Rojhat Eşin ("Developer"). By downloading, accessing, or using Parentigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Parentigo.
• The App is intended for parents or legal guardians. Children do not use the App directly.
• By using the App, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Services Provided

Parentigo offers digital parenting tools, including:

1. Baby food recipes
2. White noise features
3. Breastfeeding and pumping tracking
4. Diaper tracking
5. Growth tracking
6. Vaccination schedule
7. Sleep tracking
8. AI Assistant (powered by third-party AI providers)

Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time, which will also result in deletion of your personal data (subject to applicable retention obligations).

Subscriptions and Payments

• Parentigo offers a 7-day free trial followed by subscription plans (monthly and yearly).
• Subscription prices may change at any time at the Developer’s discretion. Price changes will not affect already purchased subscription periods.
• Payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Developer does not store payment card information.
• Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation must be done through the respective store.

Consent to Share Consumption Data with Apple

By using our app and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of certain data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). This data sharing is done solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests and may include information about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content. Such data sharing is performed in accordance with Apple’s applicable policies and privacy standards, and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Share, distribute, or misuse content in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Third-Party Services

Parentigo integrates with third-party services:

• Supabase: Data storage and account management
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Google Gemini AI / OpenAI: AI-powered chat responses
• Apple / Google: Authentication and payment processing

By using the App, you agree to also be bound by the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

• All content, design, features, and trademarks of Parentigo are the property of the Developer.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Developer.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• That the App will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
• The Developer’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time.
• The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
• Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local laws.
